I've been reading your blog for awhile now, I'm a friend of Sara Egbert's. Did you use wheat flour in this bread? I think I may be developing a sensitivity to wheat. I have been cutting back on it. I made an easy dinner last night, I scrambled some eggs and threw in a little curry powder at the end and served them with corn on the cob, fresh slices of tomato, steamed green beans, and boiled baby potatoes tossed with butter.
This recipe is not a gluten-free one...I'm not much of a baker and so I don't experiment much with baking using rice flour or corn flour although I should get braver. I have a gluten-free label on my sidebar you can click on though to pull up the dinners I make that use gluten-free recipes (I do count those using creamed soups as gluten free even though they technically aren't). Your dinner sounds good - I'll have to try it sometime!
Kayley saw the banana bread on the blog and is craving it now. I sent her some today. So silly.
Ella and I just made it for the first time today...it was easy and delicious (she has asked for more ALL day long)!
