* 1 1/2 lbs. skinless, boneless chicken breast, pounded thin
* 1/2 cup yogurt (I used FF Greek)
* 1/4 cup honey mustard
* 1 tsp. coarse salt
* 1/2 tsp. cayenne
Combine all in a plastic bag; shake to coat. Grill over medium, 4 to 6 minutes per side. Serve hot or in a sandwich.
