Honey Curry Chicken

I love all things curry and when I saw this recipe on The Sisters' Cafe I knew I had to try it. It's always nice to have a recipe with so few ingredients that still offers such yummy flavors. She suggested serving the chicken with sauteed mushrooms and I thought it was a great pairing!

4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
¼ c. butter or margarine
½ c. honey
¼ c. prepared mustard
1 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt

Place chicken in greased casserole dish. (I didn't grease my dish, the sauce has butter and mine didn't stick)
Melt butter in a pot on stove. Add other ingredients to pot and mix well, warm only, no need to boil. (I just did this in the microwave)
Pour mixture over chicken.
Place in oven, bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 25 minutes, or until chicken juices run clear.
Garnish with sautéed mushrooms and serve over rice.
