Chicken and Mushrooms

This one is just like beef stroganoff, but with chicken instead. It comes from a ward cookbook and was really easy and tasty.

Ingredients:
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 cans cream of mushroom soup (I used 98% FF)
- 1 pkg. onion soup mix
- 1 can chicken broth (I will use low sodium next time...it was a little salty for my liking)
- 1 small can mushrooms, drained

Directions:
- Place chicken breasts in crock pot.
- Combine mushroom soup, onion soup pkg, chicken broth and mushrooms. Pour over top of chicken.
- Cook on low for 6 hours.
- Serve over noodles or rice.
