Creamy Chicken Primavera

Sooo good and Sooo easy! It's not a recipe so much as a meal idea.

- 1 t. olive oil
- 2 medium red, yellow or green bell peppers, coarsely chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 lb. chicken breasts, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1/2 c. frozen peas, thawed
- 1 jar (1 lb.) Ragu Cheesy Light Parmesan Alfredo Sauce
- ground black pepper to taste
- cooked noodles (I used Gluten-Free penne, they suggest linguine)

- While noodles boil, saute peppers and onion in oil, stirring occasionally 10 minutes or until golden.
- Stir in chicken and peas, continue stirring 5 minutes.
- Stir in cheese sauce and simmer 10 minutes or until chicken is thoroughly cooked. - Serve over pasta!
