Sausage and Peppers

This is another no-recipe meal, but we really love it. The real key is to get GOOD sausage! Then just thinly slice some onions, green peppers, and red peppers and saute it all together...and serve over brown rice.
I know I really like something when I am excited to have the left overs for lunch the next day and today I definitely am (yesterday's meal was good, but the leftovers haven't been touched)!

we made this for dinner last night and it was tasty! thanks for the recipe :) we had grilled chicken the night before, so we threw the sausage on the grill too - that way it was really fast to cook this up the next day. yum!
